We are currently recruiting for an experienced TIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Chesterfield.

Responsibilities
- Carry out high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Prepare, assemble and fabricate stainless steel parts prior to welding.
- Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and customer specifications.
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Work closely with colleagues to meet production deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a TIG Welder working with stainless steel.
- The ability to produce neat, accurate, high-quality welds.
- Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of health and safety within a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.
